MomSub collects information from parents like you, about when and where you need care and how much you can pay. We also get info from child care providers, about when and where they’re available and their rate. MomSub finds your qualified nanny match and arranges a video interview and in-person trial. After a successful trial, you pay MomSub the rate you’ve agreed for care each week, and MomSub pays the provider directly.
If you decide after the in-person trial that your match is not the right one for your family, MomSub finds a new match. We may advertise outside our roster to expand the search, and we always vet our providers before the trial. At MomSub, our promise is to stay with you through the search process to ensure you have a trusted weekly child care provider you love for months and years.
